Jim Urner

Jim’s extensive knowledge of building construction and renovation, scheduling, estimating, and staff management are crucial to the role her serves as Vice President of Construction Services. Jim supervises the entire Project Management staff, assisting with general management, problem solving, scheduling, and budgetary considerations while working closely with AOW’s Vice President of Field Services to insure timely and efficient progression of projects. Jim is also responsible for all of AOW’s bidding and estimating activities and takes a leadership role in maintaining and expanding Owner relationships.

Jim has managed many of AOW’s most successful projects to include the Albany Memorial Hospital Emergency Department, the Albany Medical Center A Building Addition, SUNY Whitman Hall, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. The variety of projects Jim has worked on and managed throughout his career serves as a cornerstone of AOW’s success.
