John Davi

Senior Project Manager

John Davi has 19 years of experience working in the design and construction industry with a focus on urban revitalization, education, and healthcare facilities.  As a Senior Project Manager with a diverse background in both design and construction, John conveys clear interpretation and execution of the contract documents and specifications.  His strengths include scheduling, estimating, labor planning, purchasing, project execution and closeout.  John is also well versed in risk assessment and management of healthcare construction projects.  John is a highly skilled manager and is often assigned the management role on our most complex, heavily phased projects that have strict budgetary and scheduling requirements.  John is LEED AP Certified.

Ben Boswell

Project Manager

Ben Boswell has 11 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on healthcare construction and his experience began with an internship with AOW while still attending college. Ben has run multiple healthcare projects including many radiology renovation projects.  Additionally, Ben has managed several projects on higher education campuses and has assisted Senior Project Managers on many large-scale projects.  Ben has developed solid estimating, scheduling, and job start-up skills and he is a true asset to AOW’s bidding process.  Ben is LEED AP BD+C certified and has served as LEED Associate on several AOW LEED Projects as well as handling his own assigned workload.

Mario Tedesco

Project Manager

Mario Tedesco has 13 Years of construction experience serving in a variety of roles to include Project Superintendent of large-scale work in the New York City area and District Manager for a large residential rental firm.  While primarily assigned to one of AOW’s key medical clients, Mario has also managed some niche projects for AOW.  His experience with field coordination and management, strict scheduling deadlines, and quality control made Mario an ideal fit with our team.  He possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills.  Through his supervisory experience, Mario understands how important customer service and open communication is to client retention.  Mario is also well versed in the preparation and pricing of change orders, quantity take-off, and facilitating Owner Meetings.

Kevin Sharpe

Project Manager

Kevin Sharpe joined AOW in 2022 and has over 25 years of construction and engineering experience, most recently working on large secondary education projects in a Clerk of the Works capacity. He is customer focused and embodies teamwork and communication.  Kevin has a strong work ethic, is a natural leader both as a Project Manager and a Field Representative and possesses a keen eye for detail.  He is a very accomplished professional holding a Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA 30, Allied Trades Restricted Handler Certificate, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Mark Caulfield

Assistant Project Manager

Mark Caulfield was hired as an intern for AOW in the winter of 2018.  It quickly became apparent that Mark’s education, his ability and desire to learn, his dedication, and his excellent communication skills would be an ideal permanent fit for AOW.  Mark has become proficient in quantity take-off and our bidding process and has effectively managed both small and mid-sized projects for AOW.  Mark’s focus professionally is to expand his estimating capabilities and gradually manage progressively larger projects for AOW. His internship as a NYS DOT Construction Inspector over 2 consecutive summers and earning his OSHA 30 has made Mark keenly aware of field safety requirements. Mark is also extremely company minded, client focused, and professional.  

Amanda Pelfrey

Assistant Project Manager

Amanda Pelfrey joined AOW’s team in March of 2021.  Amanda graduated from Ohio State University in May of 2019 and in addition to her internship experiences in construction, worked for Whiting Turner as a Field Engineer.  Amanda’s previous experience in healthcare and residential projects strongly compliments AOW’s portfolio of work.  Amanda also possesses solid experience with construction programs to include Bluebeam, PlanGrid, BIM and On-Screen Takeoff which are areas AOW is working to expand in response to changes in our industry.  Amanda has recently been assigned as Project Manager on two challenging projects at the SUNY Albany Campus and has proven to be a great fit with the Team.
