Craig Kennedy

With 24 years of construction experience, and 15 serving as a Project Superintendent, Craig’s in depth knowledge of all facets of construction are invaluable to the role he serves as Vice President of Field Services. Craig provides direct management to AOW’s field supervision staff, monitors job scheduling and progression, and facilitates the implementation of AOW’s safety program. Craig is exceptionally proficient in estimating and scheduling and has a proven track record for delivering results often exceeding owner expectations. Craig has also served as Project Manager on a variety of Projects for AOW.

Craig has led a number of key projects for AOW to include the Saratoga Hospital Emergency Department, The Saratoga Ambulatory Surgery Center, Realty USA Headquarters, and the Albany Medical Center Emergency Department Addition and Renovation. Craig’s level of commitment to each job, his ability to provide creative, cost-effective solutions, and his ability to foster a team environment with AOW employees and subcontractors are vital to AOW’s continued growth.
