AOW was the low bidder for the renovations of Bouck Hall at SUNY Cobleskill. The university serves 2,000 students every academic year.

This was a multi-phased renovation that included a bookstore, administrative area, the Twisted Whiskers Café, the Tigers Den lounge, and a complete mechanical system replacement throughout the building. These changes updated the facility and gave it a complete design makeover, allowing SUNY Cobleskill to better meet the needs of its students.

One challenge AOW faced was the restriction of working hours that the team had to adapt to. This part of the building was occupied by staff and athletic teams throughout the entirety of construction.

The Bouck Hall renovations were delivered to the owner within the prescribed time constraints.
