Eddy SeniorCare, as part of St Peter’s Health Partners, manages the Capital Region’s only Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). When the need for expansion arose, AOW was selected by the Owner to renovate St Joseph’s Provincial House is Latham, identified to be the program’s second location.

PACE provides independent seniors assistance and accessibility to an array of medical care, home health care, therapy, and other support services all under one roof.

First floor renovations to approximately 30,000 square feet were undertaken by AOW which included several upgrades to allow for the occupancy of doctors, registered nurses, therapists, nutritionists, and home health aides. Offices, exam spaces, clinical spaces, staff support spaces, and rehabilitation suites were created. A feature of the project included a new day program space. The project also included a modernized entrance and interior upgrades to include new sidewalks and enhanced parking.

This project was completed over two distinct phases and was delivered on time and within budgetary constraints. AOW was careful to coordinate with both the project Owner, St. Peter’s Health Partners, and the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Carondelet as AOW appreciated the importance of the delivered finished project to the Sisters in particular.
