Pratiksha is an Assistant Project Manager with nearly three years of experience in the construction industry, complemented by a solid foundation in architecture and project management. She has a proven track record in overseeing commercial, residential, and large-scale renovation projects, with expertise in schedule management, budget control, and cross-functional team coordination. Her commitment to clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope are fundamental. She is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes that align with client goals and expectations.  Pratiksha joined the AOW Team in 2025.
