The new 20,000 square foot building is home to Realty USA and First Priority Mortgage. The building contains marketing, training and accounting departments along with conference room and offices for the Realty USA’s Clifton Park / Halfmoon Agents. AOW was selected as the General Contractor to construct the wood framed, tudor style building.

The project consisted of the demolition of existing buildings, and extensive sitework including eight feet of structural fill under the building before construction could begin. The wood framed building is simple in plan but complex in elevation. The interior’s intricate details match the complexity of the exterior facade.

The decorative woodwork and extensive paint palette coupled with an acute attention to detail creates a luxury office environment for an economical price. The aggressive, fast track schedule required constant coordination between, Owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors. This project was so successful that the Owner has engaged AOW for several future projects.
