Safety & Human Resources Manager

With nearly two decades of experience, including sixteen years in human resources and safety, Sarah has played a key role in shaping AOW’s workplace culture. Since joining AOW in 2012, she has led safety initiatives such as routine inspections, job hazard analyses, incident investigations, and staff training programs, while also overseeing OSHA compliance, insurance audits, and contract reviews. In her HR role, Sarah manages recruitment, onboarding, benefits, policy development, performance evaluations, and union negotiations. Her leadership supports AOW’s continued growth by aligning operations with regulatory standards and fostering a safe, engaged, and productive workforce.
