John Davi

John Davi has been working in the design and construction industry with a focus on urban revitalization, education, and healthcare facilities since 2004. John changed careers in 2012 moving from architecture to construction management and joined the AOW team. As a senior project manager with a diverse background in both design and construction, John conveys a clear interpretation and execution of the contract documents and specifications. His strengths include scheduling, estimating, labor planning, purchasing, project execution, and closeout. John is also well-versed in risk assessment and management of healthcare construction projects. John is a highly skilled manager and is often assigned the management role on our most complex, heavily phased projects that have strict budgetary and scheduling requirements. John is LEED AP Certified.
