Since joining AOW Construction in 2018, Jon Betit has been the backbone of our equipment operations. As our dedicated Warehouse Manager, Jon oversees the full lifecycle of tools and machinery, from inventory and maintenance to delivery and repair. His role is essential to keeping our job sites running smoothly and efficiently. Jon is responsible for managing all tools and equipment used across AOW projects. Whether a crew needs materials before breaking ground, during active construction, or for final wrap-up, Jon ensures everything arrives on time and in top condition. He coordinates closely with our Office Manager to monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and anticipate the needs of upcoming jobs. Jon’s contributions go far beyond logistics. When trucks or heavy equipment require servicing, Jon rolls up his sleeves and handles the repairs himself, ensuring efficient and thorough maintenance. His hands-on expertise and deep knowledge of construction tools make him an invaluable resource to the entire company. Jon is known for his reliability, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to the success of every project.
