Aleks Huzar

Aleks has been in the construction industry working in a project management support role since 2018. He was previously an assistant project manager at a GC firm operating in the NYC metro area, where his focus was providing close administrative support to field supervisory staff working on a variety of publicly- and privately-funded building projects for clients in the education, municipal, and retail sectors. Since joining the AOW team in 2023, Aleks is striving to improve his knowledge of construction methods and practices, estimating, negotiation, and value engineering to provide clients with excellent service. As construction industry norms increasingly demand rigorous safety compliance, fluency with technology, and constant communication with project stakeholders, Aleks’s current role presents the perfect opportunity to leverage his current skills as he develops into an independent manager.
