Mark Caulfield

Mark joined AOW as an intern in 2018 and quickly advanced to the role of Project Engineer. From the beginning, his strong educational background, prior industry experience, eagerness to learn, and exceptional communication skills made him a standout addition to the team.  Since then, Mark has become highly proficient in quantity take-off and the bidding process, successfully managing small to mid-sized projects. As a Project Manager with AOW he is now focused on expanding his expertise in estimating while taking on larger, more complex projects.  Mark is deeply committed to promoting safety in the field and consistently demonstrates a company-first mindset. His professionalism and client-focused approach make him a trusted representative of AOW on every job site.
