The new center includes state-of-the-art labs for anatomy, biology, chemistry, microbiology, and physiology as well as classrooms, support space, and offices serving 1,100 students per academic year. This expansion provides the resources HVCC needed in order to provide 30 new degree and certificate programs as well as workforce and other professional education offerings.

This project was awarded LEED Silver Status on the Spring of 2025.
