Saratoga Schenectady Gastroenterology Renovation

The Saratoga Schenectady Gastroenterology Associates provides the capital region with colonoscopy procedures, upper endoscopy procedures, ERCP, and various other procedures. AOW was selected to renovate its Clifton Park location to better serve the needs of the community.

The project consisted of an interior renovation spanning 10,000 square feet and an exterior 3-story addition complete with a new elevator. The renovation included new rooftop units, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Additionally, AOW constructed new walls, ceilings, and finishes for the location. In addition to interior renovation, exterior site work was done, which included new storm drainage, sidewalks, curbs, and paving.

The main difficulty that arose was that the building remained occupied with patients and staff throughout construction. AOW coordinated with the medical practice to limit disruption to patient care.
