Dolgeville Primary Care Clinic

For more than 15 years, Basset Healthcare Network has utilized AOW for its construction needs. The Dolgeville clinic offers primary care services to the local community in the small rural town of Dolgeville, NY.

The design of this clinic was to promote healthy habits within the town with the goal of preventing disease. The clinic was crafted with multiple exam rooms and a large meeting area to foster community engagement. AOW valued the budget constraints the owner had and employed value engineering for this project to come under budget for the hospital.

Even considering the budget constraints, AOW was able to maintain the design integrity and provide a clinic with an upscale “Adirondack” look to welcome the patients of Dolgeville.

This project was turned over to the owner on time and within budget.
