Sawyer Bergin

Sawyer Bergin began his career in project management support in 2021 in the New York City metropolitan area, providing pre-construction administrative support and assisting field supervisory staff on commercial interior projects. During this time, he worked with a diverse range of clients across industries including finance, retail, insurance, real estate, education, and nonprofit organizations.

After returning to the Capital Region in 2023, Sawyer spent two years managing phased retail and food-service remodels and small-scale construction projects, primarily within the grocery industry. Working on fast-paced, highly sequenced projects strengthened his passion for client collaboration and delivering results that consistently exceed expectations.

Sawyer joined AOW in 2025 to further expand his expertise in construction management, estimating, and large-scale project delivery. He enjoys the collaborative nature of construction and the opportunity to work alongside clients and project teams to transform spaces and bring projects to life.
