Wilton Primary Care Relocation Phases 2 & 3

This project was an interior and exterior renovation totaling 46,000 sq ft of medical space. The renovations included demolition of the existing walls, finishes, and updated ceilings. There was also the addition of Lumicor partitions, Corian check-in desks, and ledger stone columns.

The construction work had to be strictly and meticulously coordinated with occupying medical tenants to ensure that the patients were given the quality of care that they deserved during the scope of the project.

The exterior façade was converted to a custom aluminum window storefront system. For the interior renovations, the project added new walls, ceilings, custom millwork, new flooring, and new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems throughout the building.

AOW turned over a wonderful project to Saratoga Hospital, aiding them in serving patients for many years to come.
