Saratoga Hospital Wilton Surgery Center

The Saratoga Surgery Center is comprised of a 25,000 square foot ground floor surgical suite and 20,000 square foot second floor shell designed for future administration/office space. The completion of the building took less than one year facilitated by a fast paced construction schedule. The building houses 5 operating rooms for ambulatory surgery with 2 suites set up for future surgical use. Pre-Operative, Post-Operative areas and support spaces are incorporated in the design.

The Building is designed with the most stringent seismic code requirements. These seismic provisions incorporated with the high-end finishes and quality of construction together help create a breathtaking state of the art facility.

The bordering property owners were vigilant in protecting their property from trespassers. In a team effort with the Architect and Owner, AOW took great pains to construct the building as close to the property line as possible without encroaching on the adjacent land.

AOW’s relationship with Saratoga Hospital was solidified when the project was completed on time and savings developed throughout the project helped absorb any potential cost increases.
