John Davi

Senior Project Manager

John Davi has been working in the design and construction industry with a focus on urban revitalization, education, and healthcare facilities since 2004. As a Senior Project Manager with a diverse background in both design and construction, John conveys a clear interpretation and execution of the contract documents and specifications. His strengths include scheduling, estimating, labor planning, purchasing, project execution, and closeout. John is also well-versed in risk assessment and management of healthcare construction projects. John is a highly skilled manager and is often assigned the management role on our most complex, heavily phased projects that have strict budgetary and scheduling requirements. John is LEED AP Certified.

Peter Oliver

Senior Project Manager

Peter Oliver has been in the construction industry with extensive experience in highly technical Healthcare projects since 1997. Peter’s construction experience began in the field, and as a result, he is well-versed in construction sequencing. Peter is experienced in estimating, cost analysis, scheduling, and safety. He has a proven track record of completing projects on time, often utilizing a multi-phased approach. He has demonstrated success in making decisions affecting costs, labor planning, procurement, personnel management, and site supervision. Peter is a relationship builder and strives to ultimately deliver a project to each client that exceeds their expectations.

Mario Tedesco

Senior Project Manager

Mario Tedesco has been in the construction industry, serving in a variety of roles to include Project Superintendent of large-scale work in the New York City area and District Manager for a large residential rental firm since 2007. While primarily assigned to one of AOW’s key medical clients, Mario has also managed some niche projects for AOW. His experience with field coordination and management, strict scheduling deadlines, and quality control made Mario an ideal fit with our team. He possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Through his supervisory experience, Mario understands how important customer service and open communication are to client retention. Mario is also well-versed in the preparation and pricing of change orders, quantity take-off, and facilitating Owner Meetings.

Ben Boswell

Project Manager

Ben Boswell has worked in the construction industry with a focus on healthcare construction since 2008. Ben has run multiple healthcare projects, including many radiology renovation projects. Additionally, Ben has managed several projects on higher education campuses and has assisted Senior Project Managers on many large-scale projects. Ben has developed solid estimating, scheduling, and job start-up skills, and he is a true asset to AOW’s bidding process. Ben is LEED AP BD+C certified and has served as LEED Associate on several AOW LEED Projects, as well as handling his own assigned workload. His experience began with an internship with AOW while still attending college and has been an asset to the company ever since.

Mark Caulfield

Project Manager

Mark has become proficient in quantity take-off and our bidding process and has effectively managed small to mid-sized projects for AOW. Mark’s goal is to become well-versed in estimating while managing larger projects for AOW. Mark works to promote safety in the field and is also extremely company-minded, client-focused, and professional. Mark was hired as an intern and quickly advanced to the role of project engineer for AOW in the winter of 2018. It quickly became apparent that Mark’s education, previous experience, desire to learn, and his excellent communication skills would be an ideal permanent fit for AOW. He has been serving as lead and assistant Project Manager on numerous jobs since 2020.

Patrick Andrews

Project Manager

Patrick joined AOW in 2024 and is a seasoned construction industry leader and has worked in the industry since 2003. In previous roles, he has served as Chief Operations Officer and Senior Project Manager. His pivotal role in propelling a concrete construction company into a multi-million-dollar enterprise underscores his exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Patrick is widely recognized for his expertise in estimating and managing reinforcing steel for record-breaking structures such as the NYC Central Park Tower. With a proven track record of success in designing, coordinating, and documenting heavy civil and superstructure concrete projects, Patrick’s proficiency extends to managing large-scale MEP projects. Patrick is a skilled leader, a talented planner, and possesses a strong focus on job site safety. He has demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality, complex projects, and his experience is a natural fit for AOW.

Aaron Godlewski

Assistant Project Manager

Aaron has worked in the construction industry since 2006. Before joining AOW in the Spring of 2023, his experience was largely in the residential sector. Aaron quickly adapted to commercial work and has completed projects in healthcare, senior living, and secondary education. Aaron is a skilled manager and coordinator. Aaron has experience working in the field, which has given him a unique perspective on needed production. Aaron is budget and schedule focused, and he can relate what is required to meet project criteria to our field leaders. Aaron comes from a family of constructors with both new construction and renovation experience, and is driven to deliver to client expectations.

Aleksander Huzar

Assistant Project Manager

Aleks has been in the construction industry working in a project management support role since 2018. He was previously an assistant project manager at a GC firm operating in the NYC metro area, where his focus was providing close administrative support to field supervisory staff working on a variety of publicly- and privately-funded building projects for clients in the education, municipal, and retail sectors. At AOW, Aleks is striving to improve his knowledge of construction methods and practices, estimating, negotiation, and value engineering to provide clients with excellent service. As construction industry norms increasingly demand rigorous safety compliance, fluency with technology, and constant communication with project stakeholders, Aleks’s current role presents the perfect opportunity to leverage his current skills as he develops into an independent manager.
